2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on:

  • Delivery method

  • Destination

  • Puppy size/age

  • Airline rates (if applicable)

3. Age Requirements for Shipping

To protect the health and safety of our puppies:

  • Ground transport: 8+ weeks old

  • Air cargo: 10–12+ weeks old (depending on airline rules)

  • Flight nanny: 8+ weeks old

We follow all Canadian veterinary and airline regulations strictly.


4. Pre-Travel Veterinary Health Requirements

Every puppy being shipped receives:

  • A full vet exam within 7 days of travel

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Deworming

  • Microchip

  • Health Certificate for travel (mandatory by law)

We will never ship a puppy showing signs of illness or stress.


5. Travel Crate & Supplies

For air cargo shipments, each puppy travels in an IATA-approved crate, which includes:

  • Soft bedding

  • Absorbent pad

  • Spill-proof water & food containers

  • Familiar scent toy/blanket (optional)

Flight nanny deliveries do not require a crate unless the buyer requests one.


6. Delivery Day Expectations

You will receive:

  • Flight or transport schedule

  • Tracking updates (when available)

  • Delivery confirmation

We encourage buyers to be available at the delivery time to receive the puppy promptly.


7. Weather & Safety Restrictions

Extreme cold or heat may cause airlines to temporarily suspend pet travel. If this happens:

  • We will reschedule the flight at no extra kennel fee

  • Buyer may choose ground or nanny service instead

Safety is always our top priority.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We ship to select countries outside Canada.
All international buyers must follow:

  • Import permit requirements

  • Quarantine rules (if any)

  • Airline/transport restrictions

Extra documents may be required depending on the country.


9. Buyer Responsibilities

Upon receiving the puppy, the buyer agrees to:

  • Pick up promptly from airport/meeting point

  • Bring identification

  • Ensure a safe, comfortable environment for the puppy

  • Arrange a vet check within 72 hours (as required by our Health Guarantee)
